Oconee Sales Tax Trend is down for the last year or 18 Mos. The February 09 check is for December 08 Collections. November 08 was (Jan 08 receipts) was pretty good- early Christmas Shopping? Does not bode well for next SPLOST Estimate ($ 40 Million in six years)
