This is a favorite time of year for many of us.   AVOC wants to thank its readers for their support and encouragement during the last year.

There are many challenges ahead on the local, state and national level.   AVOC will be addressing some of those issues as well as remembering persons and events of our past.   History is important in our society and we all need reminding of some things.

For now, we pause and wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.   We have received many nice digital Christmas cards this year and will share some of them below.
