All God’s Children, Inc.—Special Needs Adoptions-  Special People!

By Wendell Dawson, Editor

For about 2 ½ years my office was next door to All God’s Children, Inc. in Jennings Mill.   I got to know many of the staff which is headed by Emily Bailey, Executive Director, along with Carol Cason, Yolie Neeley, Vida Farr, Barbara Sims and others.

They are a private adoption non-profit agency that handles placement and adoption of Special Needs Children.  They have touched many lives in their operations.

November is National Adoption Month.   In observance, All God’s Children, Inc., in partnership with the Department of Family & Children’s Services, is sponsoring a free Gospel Concert at the Oconee County Civic Center on Saturday, November 15, 2003, at 5:00 P M.  They have a number of performers scheduled along with information available about adoptions and Special Needs Children.

AVOC recommends it as an event worth attending and recognizing some Special People.
